Guess what I made today?



I almost cannot believe I actually made it and guess what? It was not very hard!

I made…. Mozzarella cheese! Even better it was ready to eat in about 30 minutes! 

Best part… it only cost me about 3$ to make what would equal 3-4 balls of fresh mozzarella from the grocery store.

So I made myself a pizza for lunch :)














Is it OK if I admit I feel like a "Homemade superstar" today?  

What will you try next?

I am going to try to make Ricotta out of the leftover Whey (which there is a TON of!)

    I am curious too as Dairy is not my best friend. If I find anything out I will let you know.

  3. I have to try making this again. I did once, and it took longer than 30 min, and came out pretty dry. I'm inspired to give it another go!

  4. Mine was not as moist as the fresh as from the store since I did handle it a bit more but that was OK by me. I have most of it in the freezer and I'm hoping to shred it for Pizza etc.

    Give it another go and I'd love to hear your results!
